The Bothy is a quintessential Scottish bolthole, tucked away from the throng of the busy thoroughfares of St Andrews and nestled in a cosy corner of Church Square. With a menu driven by provenance and passion, you can always expect to find seasonal Scottish produce at the heart of our dishes. No dinner is complete without a dram, so you can also expect to find a specially selected drinks menu, packed full of Scottish wh**ky, gins, locally distilled spirits and more. When the Scottish sun graces us with her presence, The Bothy External Garden is our quiet and quaint outdoor space, perfect for a light lunch or refreshing G&T whilst watching the world go by.

Canadian Thanksgiving is coming!

Gather around the table and celebrate Thanksgiving with us on 12 October with a delicious 3-course traditional feast for £45 per person.

Start with creamy Harvest Squash Soup, served with a selection of cornbread & pumpkin bread and salted butter.

Then tuck into sage-roasted turkey breast with pan turkey gravy, alongside a table full of comforting sides to share, from maple-glazed pigs in blankets and creamy mashed potato to roasted Brussels sprouts, pork, sage & cornbread stuffing, braised red cabbage & apple, grilled green beans, glazed carrots and homemade cranberry sauce. 🍂

And for dessert? Take your pick between Chocolate & Marshmallow Pie or classic Pumpkin Pie, both served with vanilla whipped cream.
