What an amazing day! Thank you to the countless (truly, we wanted to count you, but couldn’t keep up.) friends and neighbors from Roy Bridge, Spean Bridge and Bohuntin who came out to visit us.

Thank you to everyone who waited patiently for drinks, and complimented us on the baked goodies.

A special thank you to the charming young people who tried so hard to pay us. We told you, today was our gift to you. But I promise we will happily take your money next time. 🤓

I only wish we’d had time to take some photos of the cafe so full of lovely people laughing, chatting and generally having a good time.

There will be more to come, but now it’s time for sleep!

Hi Everyone. Seems like its getting busier again for the season and with that we're on the lookout for front of house staff to serve customers and work the coffee machine. Hours and pay negotiable (but it will be upwards of 13.70 per hour plus a share of tips). Over 18s only please as the role can involve working with limited supervision. This will be a seasonal role that will start immediately and likely come to an end sometime in Autumn.

Hi Folks, thanks for your continued support over the summer. We’ve been shut a fair bit recently (more than usual) as we are in the process of re-jigging the café so that we can improve and grow. As you can see in the pictures we’ve changed the layout in order to set up the front half of the space as a crafts/gift shop. This has always been the goal, but it has taken a little longer than expected to get to this point. Whilst we carry out this transition we are going to shut the kitchen for hot food and meals, but will continue to open the doors to offer coffees, teas, scones, cakes and other treats.

These changes will allow us the time to carry out the work behind the scenes, and ultimately sort out our opening hours into something much more reliable and regular going forwards. Please bear with us and keep the faith; we’ll get there eventually! Cheers, Dave

P.S. We’re reverting to using the front door, so no more walking through the back door puddles to get in. Hooray 😊

Happy New Year to everyone, and thanks so much for your custom and support over the last year. Just a quick note to say that the cafe is going to be closed through January until around the 6th of February. Mainly so we can do some much needed behind the scenes work (and also get some rest).
Hope to see you all soon :)
