A proper Carbonara, the Italian way 🇮🇹🍝

No cream. No shortcuts. Just quality ingredients and a recipe kept simple.

Made with authentic Italian guanciale, Pecorino Romano DOP, egg and freshly cracked black pepper — all brought together with our Italian pasta.

Prepared fresh to order in our kitchen every evening. 🤌

And judging by what some of our customers have had to say… we think it’s worth a try. 😉

Have you tried our Carbonara yet? 🇮🇹
