He looks after the kitchen and brings years of experience to every dish we serve. Born in Nottingham, Matt has worked all across the UK, with time spent in Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, and New York — before spending a decade in London honing his craft 🍽️🌍

After becoming a dad, he moved closer to home 🤍

Matt is passionate about seasonal produce, deeply cares about the provenance of food, and never says no to a good coffee ☕🌿
