📍A little bit about where you'll find us...

The Old Lodge is tucked away in Maythorne, a small historic hamlet just outside of Southwell, sitting alongside the River Greet.

The hamlet grew around a pair of mills, which date back to the late 1700s. Originally producing cotton yarn, the mills were later used to produce silk thread, with around 70 people working there by 1838.

Maythorne has a total of seven listed buildings, and as you can see, it's a beautiful corner of the Nottinghamshire countryside.
