Just off of Southsea Common in Castle Road, The Barley Mow boasts a quiet and relaxing Lounge Bar with an old fashioned free jukebox. It also has a beautiful sun trap garden and a Public Bar with Pool Table (50p play), Digital Juke Box, Table Football and Quiz Machines. We have up to six real ales on at one time, with regular favourites London Pride and HSB on everyday. Events throughout the week

Good morning, Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who has collected milk containers for us during the past few years. We have raised money for our trips with the Guides. Unfortunately the company who has been d**g this scheme will no longer be doing it after the end of August. Please could you bring any containers and tops in before Monday 24th so I can take the final lot in. Thank you all so much.

A great Easter weekend starting with the groove breakers on Thursday. Competitions on Sunday, decorating hats and eggs. Our cookery competition, casserole with dumplings chosen by last years winner , Chris R. Finishing with jarping, always a good laugh, won by Don this year. On Monday we had the Mow masters, won by Del, and the first BBQ of the year cooked by Phil. Oh and we had beer mats for , what a great addition to the weekend, he really put some thought and effort in to every thing you had to find, what a genius to involve the whole city and gain everyone such additional trade. Thank you .
