We had to admit to the BBC that we don’t actually know exactly how old Akash is… 😅

We think it was around 1975, but Dad can’t remember the exact year! So we’ve been digging through old photos and memories to piece together our story.

One thing we do know for sure – it’s been decades of family, food and incredible customers. ❤️🍛
