Kathryn booked us to cater for 65 guests as she and David celebrated their incredible 40th wedding anniversary, choosing our delicious Hog Roast for the occasion. 🐷🍽️

There was plenty of great food, lots of celebrating and one very eager guest who was clearly determined not to miss out… the dog was first in line for the food! 🐶😂

Tuesday was all about celebrating Sarah & Alex at the beautiful Low Hall The Lakes! ❤️🥂

Sarah booked us to cater for 70 guests, starting the day with one of our gorgeous grazing tables before moving on to our popular Hog Roast, sausages & fries followed by a selection of delicious desserts.

Plenty of fantastic food, happy guests and a beautiful setting made for a brilliant wedding celebration.

Another beautiful wedding celebration! 💍🥂

Philip booked us to cater for his and Laura’s wedding at Lancaster Town Hall, with 50 guests enjoying our delicious Southern Slow Roast menu.

Tender brisket, minted lamb and slow roasted pork were served alongside potatoes, Greek salad and coleslaw, before everyone tucked into a dessert of chocolate torte and lemon tart! 😍

A fantastic day celebrating a very special couple. Congratulations, Philip & Laura! ❤️

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of catering for Jennifer & Joey’s wedding at the beautiful Coppermines Mountain Weddings! 🥂💍

With 45 guests to feed, they chose our fantastic Southern Slow Roast menu, featuring tender brisket, Cajun chicken and ribs, alongside mixed fries, new potatoes, seasonal vegetables and Greek salad. And of course, we finished things off with some delicious desserts! 😍

A celebration which had it all! 🎉🍽️

We recently catered for Ponsse UK’s 30th anniversary celebrations, with Catherine booking Spitting Pig Merseyside to feed 200 guests with our fantastic Southern Slow Roast Menu!

From tender brisket, Cajun chicken and ribs to plenty of delicious sides including fries, mac and cheese and Greek salad, there was something for everyone. And of course, we finished things off with chocolate torte and cheesecake! 😍

A fantastic celebration for an incredible company milestone. Happy 30th anniversary, Ponsse! 🥂🎊🐷

Nothing beats the sight of a perfectly cooked hog roast! 🐷🔥

Golden, crispy crackling, tender meat and that irresistible smell filling the air. It’s always a crowd pleaser and one of our favourite things to serve at an event.
