What a fantastic Guest Chef 3-Course Dinner last night at Clouds Restaurant. 🎉

Our staff and students prepared, cooked, and served 3 delicious meals under the expert of our guest chefs, Marc Verite, James Holden, and Steven Doherty in aid of Adopt A School Trust. 💙

It was a sell out event with a fantastic atmosphere and even more fantastic food. Thank you to our loyal customers for coming along!

On Tuesday 24th March, we are hosting a special Guest Chef Evening Meal. Our students will be expertly guided by three industry-leading chefs who have been pioneers in the catering and restaurant industry! The line up includes:

James Holden | North West Regioal Chef for 'Adopt A School Trust'
Steven Doherty | Pioneer of Gastropub Scene in Cumbria
March Verite | Co-founder of Bistrot Verite

Alongside our students, they will be crafting a stand-out three course evening meal in aid of Adopt A School Trust. We cannot WAIT to welcome you all to this fantastic event next week.
