🍫 The afternoon slump doesn't have to end in the biscuit cupboard...

Andy originally wanted Carina's protein bars to help tackle that familiar afternoon energy dip – and after winning a box in our competition, he was officially converted!

As a coconut lover, Andy asked Carina if she could up the coconut and reduce the nuts in his bars. Of course she could. 🙌

His verdict? A bit like a Bounty bar, absolutely delicious – and they've stopped him reaching for the naughtier alternatives!

That's the beauty of handcrafted. Made fresh to order using wholesome, natural ingredients, with nut free and gluten free options available too.

One of our favourite reviews yet!

Not only did Mark love HIS first bite, he's now recommending Carina's handcrafted protein bars to his own clients... and they're loving them too.

His top tip? 👇
❄️ Keep them in the fridge – they're even better chilled!

He also told us something we hear time and time again:
"I only needed half a bar at 2–3pm, popped the rest back in the fridge, and finished it later."

Packed with wholesome, natural ingredients and protein to keep you satisfied, they're the perfect snack when you need lasting energy without compromising on taste.

✨ Freshly made to order.
🌾 Nut free and gluten free options available too.
Go on... see what everyone's talking about! 🍫💪
