Experienced & Creative Barista (Essential)

Requirements:
Experienced in coffee shop drinks.
Creative and able to develop new seasonal beverages.
Passion for trends and drink innovation.

Interview:
Prepare traditional coffee drinks.
Create 1-2 original and visually appealing drinks.

Pay:
£12.71 per hour (starting rate)
Up to £13.21 after 3-month review
£13.71 after successful 6-month probation

Pay increases subject to achieving 85%+ performance score.

Teamwork & communication
Proactivity & creativity

Benefits:
