We would be delighted to prepare your fish for you how you want it, be it whole, gutted or filleted, it's up to you as the customer and there's no extra charge for this. We also sell live and cooked crab and lobster - come and choose from our tanks. If you're in the catering business talk to us about supply, we don't deliver but would be happy to look at prices for you.
