Thank you to everyone who came to the cafe this weekend and supported us. We know some of you have had to wait a bit longer than expected, but we haven’t stopped today and the team have worked their butts off today, thanks gang 🙌
We are however asking a few things from you all.
- Please be patient. If we are busy, there is nothing we can do about it. We are always happy for people to wait for a table or their takeaways but please don’t get stroppy with the team, because a table or takeaway isn’t ready quick enough.
- We ask people to wait to be seated. This is not to be difficult, it’s to make sure people get seated in the right order. Most people adhere to this, but many people ignore the sign, and the huge queue of people and that’s not helpful to anyone!!
- Be Kind!!! The team work so hard to give you the best possible experience when you come to Lakeside and feedback is amazing but increasingly we are getting more rude customers speaking to the team really badly!! This is not acceptable and I genuinely can’t believe I have to say this on a post.
