We are getting set for our last events of the year 😎

Saturday September 24th we will host a packed day with two events running throughout the day 🔥

At the beautiful Palais des Vaches in Exbury New Forest 🌳

The Meat Sessions 9.30am - 4.00pm

Our fire cooking masterclass, slow cooking, lots of Led Zeppelin, tons laughs and great tips to take your fire cooking to be next level 🧡

Steak Club 4.00pm - 7 pm

Our annual banquet for beef lovers! A unique evening with 7 different cuts of amazing fire cooked beef 🍖

These will be our last events for a while as we head into the winter months and I would love to go out for the year with a full house. We have tickets left for both events and if you would like to join us - please use the discount count ASADO for a thank you discount.

Always trying to improve how I communicate with my amazing customers 👍

After five years I’m still tweaking and changing our food service, always trying to improve 👌

My aim with this business has always been to create the most memorable food experience possible 🧠

And I know this last weekend we really got there ✅

We had a brilliant time and had amazing feedback from our guests 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

I have been quiet on social media 🐭 we have had so many re-bookings from the last two years roll into August… it’s been a lot of work keeping up with all the messages and information ☎️

I had to move our Woodland banquet series in August to a safer environment ❌🔥🌳

Challenge on challenge this year 🤯

But still improving, even after all this time 🤓

My team was tighter than ever this weekend ✊

We had two brilliant services on Saturday and Sunday 🙏🏽

So many people asking what the future holds❓

We have a handful of tickets left for August 28th 😎

And availability on our Meat Sessions cooking experience September 3rd and our annual Steak Club experience on September 24th 🥩

Is this the hardest time ever to be in business❓

It’s the toughest time I’ve experienced in my 10 years of being an entrepreneur 🥊

Costs going up at a wild rate ✅

Tough to find great staff ✅

Consumer confidence low ✅

It can be so daunting when things are not on your side 🙅

I launched a new menu and a new location recently 🏖

I thought it would be our fastest selling banquet ever 🤗

And it really wasn’t 😅

What can you do 🧑🏻‍🍳

I’m not the type to give up or hang around feeling sorry for myself ❌

I just get up earlier to figure how to make my business work 💡

I know we have one of the best locations in the country for our Beach Banquets 😎

I’ve had to go back to the drawing board, and I’m not ashamed of that ✍️

We have cut back the menu slightly and ticket price 💰

And for the first time we will trial a different type of service alongside our traditional banquet ✝

After our Saturday banquet we will run a taste tester service on the beach (expect a fire cooked plate of brisket, steak, scallops and prawns)🚤
