Our signature Roast Pork Belly just got better. We are very happy to have started to source our Pork belly from The Considerate Carnivore butchers. They are located in the Locks Heath Centre. They only deal with fresh, locally sourced, organic meats.
The Roast Pork Belly, which we make fresh everyday is now unbelievable. Crisp crackling with a clean succulent meat, such a clean bite! Do drop into the shop at the shopping centre. Their range of meats are top quality.

Roast Suckling Pig. Some of the processes of making this delicacy. Three days to prepare, years of experience to get this just right. The chefs control of the roasting and final crisping up of the skin over the flames is masterful. The end product is deliciously flavoured meat and the best crackling you can imagine. The crackling really does crackle when you bite into it.

Mother's Day in the kitchen. Cooking with flames around 15 to 20 times more powerful than the ones in your home. A literal jet engine under the wok. The gas is forced through a turbine, then ignition, giving around 40kw of heat.
Helps when cooking the rice and noodles quickly. Here are some Singapore Noodles and a slow mo of Special Fried Rice being made today.
