Holiday hedge bake in Guernsey!

While on holiday back in my home country I had to try out some of the local GF bakes!

The family and I decided to try the raspberry cheesecake, cookie, choc cupcake, empire biscuit.

Cookies and cupcakes were a win with the little ones!! The cheesecake was delicious, everyone wanted to share!

Still have a few bits to try but we have enjoyed everything we have tried so far!!

We will be back to try more before we go home I'm sure!
