Dabéli (episode two)

A year and a half ago, we had on our menu dabéli with Rosemary butter. It was so well-loved, we decided it too must return, but this time with a minty mango butter with lemon zest!

'Butter Chicken' and 'Butter paneer', chargrilled red pepper, Sage

Homemade 'paneer' or 'chicken' cooked in the classical Vine tomato and fenugreek sauce with herb-infused butter, chargrilled red pepper, coriander and asparagus, whipped sage cream.

Butter Chicken featured on our very first menu 3 years ago (can you believe it?! 😲). This time we think our Butter masala dishes are the best you'll ever have!

Andhra 'Scallops'

A couple years ago, we did a scallops dish in the style of Tamilian/Kerala styles. This time we bring you scallops in the style of Andhra Pradesh. Served with pulusu, a velouté-type sauce with tamarind, sorrel and coconut, and a curry leaf sweet potato mash.
