Hello All I'm a Homemaker who cooks on a daily basis since I was may be 14yrs of age.Learning all the tips and tricks from my Mum & also I would say years of practice has made me so confident that I thought to explore something New for myself & what I Love to do. Having stayed in England for the past 15 years have made me realise one thing is that All Takeaways are Rubbish & a waste of Money & all they sell in the name of Indian dishes is Palm oil/Colour/Ketchup and sugar gravy.That is Sorry to say not proper Indian Cuisine.
