💛 WE ARE STARTING THE CONVERSATION 💛

We’re opening our doors for something a little different at Thirty Knots.

On Friday 2nd October, 9–11am, we’re hosting a Su***de Awareness Coffee Morning. A chance to come together, have a coffee, enjoy some cake and, most importantly, start conversations that matter. 🫶

☕ Coffee & cake - £2 minimum donation
🎟️ £5 raffle with some lovely prizes
💬 Local organisations joining us to share information and support
💛 Money raised will be split between several charities

We’ll be joined by Andy’s Man Club, Health in Mind, a Mental Health First Aider, a Youth Mentor and South Queensferry Rotary Club.

No pressure, no expectations. Just a warm space to come along, listen, chat and be around others.

Sometimes starting the conversation is the hardest part. Let’s make it a little easier. 💛
