Still playing catch-up with our class posts! 🐣

Here are a few snaps from one of our Easter classes earlier this year, where a lovely mum and daughter joined us to learn how to make their own fondant decorations.

We spent a relaxed morning creating these cute Easter cupcakes, learning new skills and having a good little catch-up along the way.

It feels crazy to think we’re already starting to plan our Easter classes for next year!

A classic sheet cake with textured buttercream, delicate piping and soft pink and ivory faux flowers, alongside gluten-free cupcakes and one of Sally’s fruit cakes.

A little throwback to our Cake Decorating Basics class from the spring! 🌸

We’re a bit behind on posts… that’s what happens when you have a baby in the kitchen!

It was such a lovely class, with everyone learning how to fill, stack, crumb coat and cover their cakes in buttercream. Everyone did a brilliant job and it was lovely to see the finished results.
