Ever wondered how to work more closely with mushrooms?

That’s exactly what Tom Baxter decided to do many years ago, when he took to growing fungi as a full time role.

Bristol Fungarium | Organic Mushroom Extracts creates the UK’s first organic & native mushroom tinctures. On this evening of talks, tinctures and cosy drinks, Tom will weave together the modern science and ancient stories of the mushrooms they grow and love, while offering a chance to meet the mushrooms first-hand through tincture samples and real life encounters with these locally grown fantastic fungi.
