If you’ve ever watched a BTS documentary or restaurant drama you might be familiar with the ‘family’ meal. It’s a supper, usually served before service, bringing the whole team together to eat, chat, plan and nourish 💛

Sadly for us, there’s barely enough time to reset the caffè, so our evening eats usually consist of stolen snacky moments or hurriedly scoffed bowls of pasta 🙄

But when Table@Vallebona came to cook, we decided to treat ourselves to some proper family time after everyone had gone home - before the big push to clear…

We just couldn’t resist mopping up the ‘leftovers’ - in style 🙌

A long overdue thank you to Stefano & Naoko for one of the best suppers we’ve ever served at La Follia - you are both utterly incredible 🙌

Possibly the best midnight snack we’ve ever eaten ☺️

Please, let’s do it again soon 👏💚💛

 If you’ve been to our Trattoria you’ll know how amazing their pasta is but on Sunday Stefano will be showcasing Table@Vallebona stunning fresh produce bringing the intense flavours of Italy beautifully married to moments of Japan.

Their secret is the time invested in working alongside a select number of exceptional producers, from the hills of Piemonte and the pastures of Sardinia to the island of Shikoku.

Their customer list is a who’s who of Michelin… and us! Actually I just checked and we haven’t made the customer list 😳

The 6 course menu celebrates everything we imagined when La Follia was born - it embodies their passion and knowledge, the beautiful simplicity of excellence.

The caffè will never quite be the same without you 🥹 the call of CAPPUUUUUCCINO, a leaning hug from Jeeves and a scramble for the cantucci jar.

Our dearest Angela, we couldn’t let you leave for your new home without a little farewell with so many of your wonderful friends ☺️
