We're a small, family owned wood fired pizza business that is growing rapidly.
As well as an online delivery service to South Cave and the surrounding villages, we also cater for weddings and large events. With the restrictions being lifted we've got a busy summer lined up, which is where (hopefully) you come in.

We're looking for a pizzaiolo (that's the traditional Italian term for a pizza chef) who can turn out consistently excellent pizzas. Experience of working with a wood fire would be a bonus, but training will be provided.

We're based in South Cave, but, because we're a mobile business, there will be travel involved to other locations. One week you can be catering a wedding, the next feeding the crowd at a music festival overlooking a stately home, all from the most unique kitchen on wheels.

Most of the work will be on weekends so you'd need to be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

A positive, can-do attitude would also be a big plus for when things inevitably get busy and stressful on a weekend.

In return you'll get a competitive wage, full training in the art of traditional pizza making and a we'll sweeten the deal even further with a generous discount on our awesome pizzas.

This weekend we're giving 10% off for our early bird customers. Order before 3pm and the discount will automatically be applied on our site.

You can even choose your delivery time, allowing you to settle in to watch Moonraker/Despicable Me 3 (given the shocking lack of a Steve McQueen based alternative - can you even call it a bank holiday?).

And means you can get your excuses in early to avoid standing out in the cold trying to light a bbq against a howling gale.

With it being Easter weekend we'll be opening on Sunday and Monday in addition to our usual days this week.

What's more, we've also tweaked the website so you can now select a time and date for your order at checkout, so ordering any time has never been easier.

🍕🍕🍕NEW SPECIAL ALERT🍕🍕🍕

Our new year's resolution for 2020 was to expand our vegan menu. Instead we ended up building a delivery service which is kind of similar if you squint at it...

Anyway, 2021 is here and we (finally) have new vegan pizzas 💪Available from today is our rather lovely Olive, Sun-dried tomato and Caramelised Onion pizza.

We've also got a couple more vegan treats to come in the next couple of weeks. We were hoping to have them all ready to launch this week, but *gestures at everything*

Our slow-risen base topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, caramelised onions, olives and sun-dried tomatoes, and finished with fresh basil leaves, ground cashews and garlic extra virgin olive oil.
