Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Grill Chef to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations by ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of fried/grilled foods. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board.

Duties:
- Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare a variety of fried foods
- Follow recipes and guidelines for cooking temperatures and times
- Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station and surrounding areas
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Assist with meal preparation and other kitchen duties as required

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team setting and take direction from supervisors
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
- Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
