Look who’s returned from the kiln! 🔥 Our brilliant little flock of Larry the Lambs are back at the Woolpack after our fantastic Pottery at the Pub night. 🎨🍺

So many fantastic creations — we think you’ll agree they’ve turned out beautifully! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a fun evening of pottery, laughter and good company. 🐑🍻

Not quite the usual customer… but our first little visitor of the day has arrived in the conservatory! 💛

A little sugar water and he’s hopefully on his way to a busy day of buzzing around the Sopley countryside. 🌼🐝

🍰 THE CHEESECAKE THAT CAUSED A STIR!

Yesterday’s Raspberry Pink Gin & Malibu Cheesecake was our best-selling dessert… and, quite frankly, it didn’t hang around! 😋

So the chefs have been back in the kitchen making another one today! 🎉

🍪 Spiced Biscoff & chocolate crust
☁️ Toasted Italian meringue
🔥 A little flambéed magic on top!

Creamy, boozy, tropical, crunchy and toasted… basically everything you need after a lovely lunch by the brook! 😂🥂

Infused Pink Gin & Malibu Crémeux
With a Spiced Speculoos Crust & Toasted Italian Meringue an elegant study in contrasting textures and sophisticated flavor profiles. This exquisite dessert opens with a decadent, structural base of crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuit and rich couverture chocolate. At its heart lies a velvet-textured cream cheese crémeux, delicately perfumed with the vibrant botanicals of sweet berry pink gin and the tropical warmth of Malibu coconut rum.
