We love living in It is a county full of wonder, incredible foods, cider, ancient monuments and varied landscapes. It is what has made Somerset famous all over the world and we are so proud to be part of that.

Quinces are aromatic bright golden-yellow fruit, similar in appearance to pears.They have a delicate citrus flavour with a heady floral perfume and notes of apples and pears.

This liqueur is made from quinces, pure apple spirit and a dash of sugar. It creates a beautiful, crisp liqueur with a wonderful astringency. Made in Somerset. 35cl ABV: 21.1%
