We're at Somerton Fun Day today, serving from 12pm–5pm! 🐟🍟🍦

Both of our vans are here, so whether you're after a lovely hot fish & chips or a delicious soft serve ice cream, we've got you covered.

Please note that our ice cream van won't be out on its usual Somerton round today as we're attending the event. We'll be back to our normal route next week.

We're back at The Barton Inn for the second week in a row! ☀️

With the warmer weather finally here, why not pop down, enjoy a lovely cold pint, and treat yourself to some freshly cooked fish & chips. We'd love to see you!

📢 Just a friendly reminder: We won't be at The Barton Inn throughout July as we'll be attending local music festivals.
(We'll be at the Barton Carnival!) We'll be back serving at The Barton Inn from Saturday 1st August.

☀️ Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat and weather warning, Benny's Fish & Chips will be closed today and tomorrow.

The temperatures inside the van have become exceptionally high, and our fridges are struggling to maintain the temperatures required for us to serve food safely. As food safety is our top priority, we've made the difficult decision to close until conditions improve.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Hopefully the weather cools down, and we'll be back serving in Ilchester on Friday from 5pm–8pm. 🐟🍟
