It breaks my heart to be writing this, but due to a dispute between the owners of Seasons Coffee House, we have been forced to close our doors.
What makes this even more difficult is the way it has happened. Without my knowledge or consent, changed the locks, leaving me unable to access the business we built together and most upsettingly not able to say a proper goodbye.
Many of you know how much love, passion, and effort went into Seasons. We transformed the space into something truly special β a space that evolved with the seasons, brought people together through events like Sip & Paint, and welcomed groups such as Stitch & Share. It became far more than just a coffee house; it became a place where people connected, relaxed, and felt a sense of belonging.
Building a business takes resilience, patience, and unwavering belief, especially through the quieter moments as well as the successful ones. I was fully committed to that journey and to the future of Seasons.
This situation has left me feeling immense amounts of sadness for what has been lost β not only for me, but for everyone who helped make Seasons what it was.
Despite everything, I will always be grateful for the support, kindness, and friendships that came from this journey. That is what I will carry with me most.
While this chapter has ended far sooner than I ever imagined, the dream behind Seasons β creating a warm, welcoming community space β is still very much alive. I may not yet know what comes next, but I do know this is not the end of that dream.
For anyone who has paid a deposit for Sip & Paint, please contact me directly so I can arrange your reimbursement.
Thank you for being part of the Seasons Community
