‼️ 💜Important statement from Push On Wellbeing CIC

I am posting this to set the record straight about Push On Wellbeing CIC and recent personal accusations made online.

Push On Wellbeing CIC (Company Number 09915711) is a registered Community Interest Company, not a charity. It was incorporated on 14 December 2015. We are an active company limited by guarantee, based at 42 C-D Maple Walk, Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre, Birmingham, B37 5TS.

Our official records are publicly available on the Companies House website for anyone to check.

For more than ten years we have worked to support the mental and physical wellbeing of people in Chelmsley Wood and the wider Solihull area. This includes:
• Providing a welcoming community space at Lily’s Tea Parlour & Wellbeing Retreat
• Gifting hundreds of free hot meals every year through our Gift A Lunch scheme
• Running free Positive Action for Mental Wellbeing (PAM) support groups
• Offering arts & crafts, Knit & Natter, Meditation and other practical wellbeing activities

We operate without ongoing government or local authority funding and rely on community support and hard work.

To address recent claims about funding:
As of today we are not funded by any Council or Government body.
Our last external supporters were:
• St Anne’s Church – £1,000 in February 2025
• The Crime Commissioner’s fund – £5,000 in 2024

Both grants were used exactly as stated: to provide Gift A Lunches and free wellbeing breaks.

I also want to address the personal accusations. I am neither a narcissist nor a racist. These claims are false.

Push On Wellbeing CIC exists to serve the whole community. Everyone is welcome here. Our work is open, practical, and focused on supporting people through stress, anxiety, isolation, and cost-of-living pressures. That is what we do every day.

Nobody sees the background work — the calls we place, the quiet support that happens away from social media. Helping our local police. People only hearsay.

Anyone with genuine questions about our status, accounts, or activities is welcome to view the official Companies House records or contact us directly via our website (powcic.com).

I also welcome anyone who wishes to speak to me face to face.

We will continue to concentrate on the people we serve and the positive difference we make in our community.

Thank you to everyone who has & still supports Push On Wellbeing CIC over the years.
