Qassatat will be one of our specials, served as a starter. ❤️🌿 a petite volcano of goodness 😍

Qassatat are a popular, traditional Maltese street food consisting of round small handfolded pie baskets, which have been a Maltese staple since at least the 1500s.

We are serving the 2 common varieties- vegan ricotta qassatat and pea qassatat.

We have created our own vegan ricotta cheese recipe, which is not only high in protein but also has that authentic ricotta taste. Our pea qassatat filling is also seasoned to perfection to taste deliciously authentic 🌿

6 days to go till our Mama Earth pop-up weekend at Mind Body Lab 🪴❤️
Announcing a special for this coming weekend .. a Sri Lankan dish.🇱🇰

Pol sambol/ coconut sambol with poppadoms will be available as a starter or side dish.

When we first visited Sri Lanka, over 11 years ago we fell in love with the country and its vibrant cuisine, especially coconut sambol.🥥🌴

Steve has been making authentic home made pol sambol for over a decade. Our version however is made with less chilli (mild- medium) and this will allow you to enjoy the other flavours better.

We had to add it to our specials to share this delicious little dish with you.

Reserve a table with us this 17th & 18th of January weekend. Contact Steve on - 07442773175 ☎️
