Are you passionate about great coffee, brilliant customer service, and creating a team that loves what they do? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our café team!

✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Leading, motivating and supporting the team
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Helping maintain high standards of food, coffee and cleanliness
• Supporting staff training and development
• Keeping the day to day operations moving smoothly during busy periods

🌟 We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Friendly, confident and organised
✔️ A natural team leader
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Previous experience preferred
‼️Must be able to work 5 days out of 7 and able to work one day of the weekend
