🍕 CHICK'N & MUSHROOM PIZZA 🍕

Now we love a bit of spice but had to admit that not everyone does!?
Our Chick'n & Mushroom pizza starts off with our fresh dough, tomato pizza sauce and shredded plant mozarella, then is topped with our in-house chick'n style seitan strips, sliced mushrooms and sweetcorn bringing you a bit of sweetness!

Top tip - this one is amazing with our garlic & herb sauce!

With 3 weddings in less than 3 weeks, August was definitely wedding month! It's always an honour to be hired to serve pizzas at a celebration and we had some great feedback from vegans and non-vegans alike!

🍕VEG PIZZA🍕

Dough made fresh this morning, our tomato pizza sauce, shredded vegan mozzarella, fresh red onion, chestnut mushrooms and crunchy sweet peppers.

Supreme.

Optional - make it spicy with jalapeños and chilli oil!

You've seen the sign and you've given us back your pizza box. What happens next?

We get our boxes collected weekly by First Mile which then goes through their commercial composting service that turns compostable materials into fertiliser for soil.

Different from standard home composting, commercial composting takes place at a higher temperature allowing the process to happen faster and also process bioplastics such as the PLA cups we use at beer events.

Our pizza box liners, cutlery and napkins are all compostable too! (not all of them are!)

🍕 JERK CHICK'N PIZZA 🍕

Our Jerk Chick'n Pizza starts off with our handmade dough made fresh before every event. Up next is our own pizza sauce then come the toppings!

The chick'n is made from seitan which we make in-house weekly. Then marinaded in our jerk marinade containing a special blend of herbs and spices including the essential scotch bonnet peppers!

With these we add some onions and green peppers and into the oven it goes. Delicious!

We had a lovely time at Newcastle-under-Lyme Vegan Festival last Sunday selling our pizzas and Infinity Brewing beer. Pizzas were flying out and it was perfect weather for beer!
