☀️ PLEASE NOTE ☀️
It’s set to be a seriously hot one this week, especially Thursday (around 29° 🥵), and working inside the van in those temperatures can get absolutely brutal.
As much as we always want to be there serving you all, our health has to come first — there have genuinely been times we’ve come out of that van feeling pretty rough, especially after long spells in extreme heat.
Because of that, we may need to close earlier than planned or, in extreme circumstances, make a last-minute call if conditions become unsafe. Please keep an eye on our social media for any updates before heading over ❤️
Appreciate your understanding as always… and yes… bring on the new van! 😅🚐

Another beautiful day at Hanbeck Farm for L&R’s wedding ❤️
This time it was all about the main event… and what a plate it was 🔥 Slow braised beef, packed with flavour from roasted root veg, garlic, thyme, rosemary and a little touch of star anise, all finished with a rich demi-glace 😍
Served up with green bean & leek bundles, savoy cabbage, peas, purple sprouting broccoli, tenderstem… and finished with that little heart-shaped puff pastry touch ❤️🥂
Simple, elegant, proper comfort food done right 👌 Massive thanks to the team for a smooth service, and most importantly, huge congratulations to Lucy & Richard — hope you had the most incredible day 🥂✨

Another busy week incoming for Team Gourmazin 💥 Before we roll into TWO weddings this weekend, we’re back serving up the good stuff at our regular takeaway stops! Massive thank you to everyone who keeps showing up, sharing posts, tagging mates, and supporting this mad little journey — it genuinely means a lot ❤️ The new van is getting closer now too… and I can’t wait to start showing you more behind the scenes as that comes together. Then poor old Glenda might finally be ready for retirement 🛻🔥

Just a quick update from Gourmazin 👨‍🍳✨
We will be closed this week, so unfortunately we won’t be at Cranwell tomorrow evening.
We’re taking a short break before a very busy run of weddings, private events, and catering bookings over the next few weeks 💍🔥
We’ll be back at Cranwell on Thursday 14th May 🙌

A little look inside the kitchen at K & H’s wedding down at the stunning Hanbeck Farm… about 10 minutes before service for the wedding breakfast.
Everything lined up, boards prepped, plates ready to go out—this is where the magic (and the pressure 😅) really kicks in… but it’s all about being organised and working as a proper team.
This is what a well-drilled kitchen looks like—calm, focused, and ready to deliver when it matters most 🔥
Massive shoutout to my team… honestly couldn’t do any of this without you. Genuinely grateful to have such a solid, professional bunch behind me—makes all the difference 🙌
Let’s go… more big days coming up 💪

A proper little snapshot of K & H’s wedding day down at the beautiful Hanbeck Farm… from start to finish.
From Glenda looking the part on site, to those special moments with the bride and groom, and everything in between… this one had it all 📸
Canapés flowing, a full sharing board feast for the main, and then a dessert table loaded with brownies, macarons, cheesecakes and more… no one was going hungry, that’s for sure 😄
And of course, finishing things off the next morning with those breakfast stack baps and Lincolnshire sausage ring baps… the perfect recovery food after a big day 🔥
Massive thanks to everyone involved—hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did putting it together 🙌

A little behind-the-scenes look at K & H’s big day down at the stunning Hanbeck Farm before the guests arrived… that quiet before the storm kind of moment.
Just the venue, the open space, and that unreal calm in the air—then a quick glimpse of the bride passing through… you can feel the anticipation building already.
Had a wander around the meadows as well—what a spot for photos 📸 and yeah, being 6’10 definitely has its perks when you can peek over walls and take it all in properly 😄
The weather turned it on as well… absolute perfection for K & H’s wedding day ☀️ one of those days where everything just lines up.
