Unfortunately the promised 'seamless' transition from the old copper wire to the new fibre line is not so seamless!
Our phone is still not working but will appear to be ringing if you try call us. I promise were not ignoring you but there is just nothing happening at our end.
The broadband is working a little better but intermittent meaning payments and our order process is taking a little longer.
I've been speaking with the various departments all day and we are trying to resolve this asap but please bear with us.

We are currently just switching over onto fibre for our phone and broadband and currently our landline is out of action...

Fellow Bolton Abbey dog walkers I need your help. I have lost my reading glasses on my walk last night !
I’m quite sure I have lost them in the long grass on the path at the side of the road that goes from the main road down to the bridge and onto the farm at the back of the Devonshire
Please don’t go out of your way but if you happen to spot them if you park there and walk to the bridge would you mind handing them in at the Devonshire - they have my number
I have walked up and down about 20 times looking for them!!!!
