New timetable is out 🔥

Strength - Weight training, compounds and isolation movements. Free weights and machines

Power - Work on big compound movements. Atlas stones lifts, sled work, log press, yoke walk, all the heavy functional stuff

Hybrid Sculpt - Strength training using kettlebells and bodyweight. Prepped me for the marines, need I say more…..

Sweat - Interval training. Fast paced anaerobic circuit style workouts

Resilience - Long workout. Work on your aerobic base. Perfect for event training. Good amount of cardio.

Hyrox Doubles - Partner workout. Work together to complete the whiteboard. Interval style workouts

Track - Running intervals done at our local track

Working with Kanga Sports the ever popular kids fitness holiday club returns for the summer!

Covering both strength and aerobic fitness we will show the boys and girls safe use of gym equipment and introduce them to the fitness phenomenon which is HYROX.

Done over 3 full on days a week, the children will leave well worked but also confident in the gym environment.
