Well… this was a lovely surprise. 🩵

To see Seascape featured by the Daily Mail Travel as one of the UK’s best beach shacks and cafés genuinely means the world to us.

Eight years ago, we hoped to create a place where people could enjoy good food, great coffee and a view that never gets old. We never imagined we’d one day find ourselves mentioned alongside some of the country’s most loved coastal spots.

The truth is, this recognition belongs just as much to you as it does to us.

Every coffee you’ve ordered, every breakfast, brunch, lunch you’ve enjoyed, every recommendation you’ve made to friends and family, every photo you’ve shared, and every time you’ve chosen to come back… you’ve helped make Seascape what it is.

Thanks to many of you who continue to champion our us here on the Lincolnshire coast.

Thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to many more sunrises, sea views, great coffee and making memories together.

Eight long years… 💙😂

It’s just struck me that today marks 8 years since we first opened the doors to Seascape.

When I first unlocked those doors for the very first time, I simply hoped people would come, enjoy the view, have a great experience and maybe leave with a smile. I could never have imagined just how much this little café would become part of so many people’s lives… and how much you would all become part of ours.

At first, we were met with quiet hostility towards us. But I feel over time we won some hearts ♥️

Over the years we’ve watched children grow up, celebrated birthdays, engagements, anniversaries and new babies. We’ve shared very quiet winter days, beautiful sunrises, stormy seas and awesome summer days. We’ve laughed with you, cried, chatted with you, and been privileged to hear so many of your stories. So many faces that first walked through our doors as customers have become friends, and that is something we’ll never, ever take for granted.

Behind every coffee served, every breakfast, brunch or lunch cooked and every cake served has been a team who have worked incredibly hard, often while the rest of the world was still asleep. To every member of our Seascape family, past and present, thank you. You have helped me create something very special ♥️.

And to every single one of you who has supported us, recommended us to friends, queued patiently on our busiest days, celebrated life’s milestones with us, or simply chosen to spend an hour looking out across the sea with a cup of coffee… thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Seascape has always been about so much more than food and coffee. It’s always been about people, community, kindness, and creating a place where everyone feels truly welcome.

Eight years later, I still feel incredibly grateful every single morning when we unlock the doors.

Thank you for believing in us, for supporting a small independent business, and for making Seascape what it is today.

Here’s to everything we’ve shared… and to whatever the ebb and flow brings next. 🌊❤️

Tomorrow night 🌕 (Wednesday 29th)

There’s something a little bit special about a full moon over the sea… 🌕 🌊

If you’re planning an evening walk along our beautiful Lincolnshire coast, Wednesday night could be the perfect time. ❤️

The Buck Moon is due to rise at around 9.10pm, and if the skies are kind to us, which is looking likely, you’ll see it slowly appear over the North Sea with that beautiful golden glow that always seems to stop people in their tracks.

Some believe the Buck Moon is a time of growth, renewal and quiet reflection. Like the buck growing new antlers each summer, it’s a reminder that nature is always changing, healing and beginning again. Whether you believe in its symbolism or simply enjoy the beauty of a full moon over the sea, it’s a lovely excuse to pause for a while and take it all in. 🌕💙

Some of our favourite spots to watch it are Huttoft Car Terrace, Anderby Creek, Chapel Point, Gibraltar Point and Moggs Eye Beach – although, truth be told, anywhere with a view of the sea will be pretty special.

If you’re hoping to capture a photo, try to arrive for around 8.45pm so you’re ready before it rises.

And if you’re really lucky, you might even catch a shooting star over the following nights as the Delta Aquariid meteor shower is also putting on a display.

Here’s hoping for clear skies, calm seas and one of those evenings that reminds us just how lucky we are to call this coastline home. 💙

Good Evening folk 😍

We have news at the end of this…..

But first….we’ve been a little quiet on here lately… and we thought we owed you an explanation.

Every year around this time, the same thing happens. We become so focused on the day-to-day running of Seascape/The Vista and looking after everyone who walks through our doors that social media naturally takes a back seat.

The other reason? We’re incredibly busy.

As lovely as it is to see so many of you, we’ve always believed there’s no point advertising ourselves even more if it means creating longer waits for tables, food or drinks. We’d much rather put all our energy into giving the people already here the best experience we possibly can. 🥰

We’re also big believers in the old-fashioned way of growing a business. Word of mouth has always been our biggest advertisement, and we honestly think it’s still one of the most powerful. When you enjoy your visit and tell your friends and family about us, it means more than any advert ever could ever 😍

We know just how fortunate we are to be in this position, and we never take it for granted.

So this is simply to say we’re still here, working hard behind the scenes, and we’re genuinely sorry if we’ve been a little quiet.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for filling our cafés, recommending us to others, waiting patiently when we’re busy, and continuing to support our little coastal hang outs.

We are truly humbled, eternally grateful, and we’ll never stop appreciating every single one of you.

Morning Ritual by the Sea has been created as a gentle way to begin your day. A space to slow down, take a breath and reconnect before the demands of daily life begin.

Held in our beautiful seafront space overlooking the coast, each session will offer an opportunity to cultivate calm, clarity and intention.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have a practice, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
