Our Project Cafe's are a friendly space for people to meet and enjoy a delicious and affordable menu.

Our food is freshly prepared by our amazing team of cafe trainees who we provide training placements for. We simulate all the workings of a friendly café
in our Project Café restaurants, servicing the
County Care community. From taking orders and
handling cash, to preparing meals and managing
inventory, this incredible real-world experience is
instrumental in helping our Customers to develop
the skills and confidence to apply for jobs at real
cafés.

A huge congratulations to Joe, our June Golden Apron winner at Project Café Skegness! 🎉👏

Joe is a fantastic team member who works hard across both the front of house and the kitchen, always giving 100% in everything he does. He makes sure everyone feels included, enjoys chatting with both customers and colleagues, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere every day.

Over the past few months, Joe has made incredible progress, developing his skills in preparing the saladette and mastering our new coffee machine. His dedication, enthusiasm, and positive attitude make him a valued member of the Project Café team.

Yesterday we had all of our new signage installed, and we couldn't be happier with how it looks! 🤩

Across our two buildings, all of our signs have now been updated, including two new Project Café signs, making it even easier for everyone to find us when you visit. ☕📍

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing our vision to life. We think it gives our community hub a fresh new look and makes it even more welcoming!
