Part Time Weekend Tea Room Assistant (10 hours)

We are seeking a part time weekend Tea Room Assistant to join our catering team. An assistant ideally with barista training is needed to join our often busy tea room. Experience is essential as it your own transport due to our rural location.

Requirements:
• Multitasking skills.
• Hygiene & Safety Awareness
• Own transport due to rural location
• Part time weekend hours only but occasional week cover may be required, meets national minimum wage (£12.71 p/h)

Morning all, the tea room is open today despite the lack of water in the area, so why not pop in for some drinks and freshly made food.

We also have a strongman train pulling event being held onsite, which is free to spectators and our burger van is open, serving burgers, hotdogs and chips.

Part Time Weekend Tea Room Assistant

We are seeking a part time weekend Tea Room Assistant to join our catering team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle cooking and making barista coffees in an often busy rural tea room.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook breakfast service items for our morning menu options.
• Prepare lunchtime menu items including sandwiches, jacket potatoes, and paninis.
• Prepare and serve a variety of barista made coffee.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness at all times.

Requirements:

• Part time weekend hours only but occasional week cover may be required, meets national minimum wage (£12.71 p/h)

Level 2 in food and safety is preferred however training can be given to the suitable candidate.

So, we have a new look to our menu, same great food just presented in a more eye catching way!

It's the last day of this week's Easter Train rides, trains run from 11am-2pm.

Due to this we are running a slightly reduced menu and serving as a take away service due to increased numbers of visitors onsite.

Normal service to resume for the weekend but no trains will be running.
