Information is still requested regarding the owner of a blue BIC Sport Bilbao sit on top kayak. The kayak was reported washed up at Layriggs near Silecroft yesterday.
After the team failed to locate it yesterday we were contacted by a member of the public who had removed it from the beach so it did not get washed out again, it is secured and ready for the owner to claim it. There were no contact details on it.

Kayaking and canoeing are among the most popular Watersports in the UK. But things can go wrong when out on the water, even if you're a seasoned professional. Always wear a Personal Floatation Device (PFD) and wear bright, suitable clothing so that you can be spotted easily. Label your equipment with contact details, if it's lost we can check that you are safe.

There is nothing nicer than your kids handmade Christmas items around the house or on the tree, pride of place.. 🎄 ⛄❄️
I am running a little workshop for kids to do just that Sunset Café - Silecroft Beach

The first date (SATURDAY 21st NOVEMBER), the kids will make numerous Christmas decorations or ornaments out of clay..
I then take their items home to go in the kiln..

The second date (Saturday 28th November) the kids return to paint their items that they previously made..
Bringing their items to life... ❤️💖...

All while being creative and having fun, the festive feeling will be around, with, festive nibbles, drinks and music...
