This weekend in Connaught Gardens Sidmouth we are offering a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Try our Sunset Seafest Cocktail or some very local cider from . We have cold beers from and wines.

As the sun is sure to shine on Saturday, we have a great selection of homemade milkshakes and smoothies.

Please note that all our drinks and food served for consumption in the gardens will be in biodegradable plastic cups.

Dear parents of 16 year olds....

We're looking for a few friendly, reliable young people to join our café team for weekend shifts and summer holidays.

It's a great first job opportunity for teenagers who want to build confidence, learn responsibility and earn money in a supportive environment.

Your son or daughter would learn things like:
• Customer service
• Teamwork
• Taking orders and helping customers
• Basic café skills
• Time management and responsibility

We’re especially keen to hear from local students who are polite, enthusiastic, and happy to get stuck in.
Shifts are mainly weekends during term time, with more hours available during the summer holidays.

If you have a teenager who might enjoy this kind of role, please message us or ask them to pop into the café with a parent to introduce themselves.

It’s a lovely way for them to gain their first bit of work experience in a friendly setting.
