Traditional red lentil soup finished with chilli butter, served with warm Turkish bread.
2️⃣ SECOND COURSE – HOT MEZE
Istanbul Hot Meze Plate
Mini içli köfte, crispy sigara boregi and grilled halloumi, served with garlic yoghurt, pomegranate molasses and fresh leaves.
3️⃣ THIRD COURSE – SORBET
Lemon & Mint Sorbet
A refreshing lemon sorbet finished with fresh mint.
4️⃣ FOURTH COURSE – MAIN COURSE
Choose one:
Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank
Tender slow-cooked lamb shank with creamy mashed potato, honey-roasted carrots, parsnips and rich rosemary gravy.
Herb-Roasted Chicken Breast
Herb-roasted chicken breast with creamy sauce, seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes.
Vegetarian Guvec
A traditional oven-baked casserole of aubergine, courgette, peppers, mushrooms and tomato, topped with melted cheese and served with Turkish rice.
