We are currently looking for a motivated and hardworking Coffee Advocate with strong front of house skills and a knowledge and passion for outstanding coffee.
Working in our new site in the heart of Shrewsbury, you will be able to work independently and efficiently and cope under pressure with a smile on your face and a great attitude.
The position is a full time role, so flexibility is a must.
Given that we are a small close knit team, there will be opportunities to contribute to other areas of the business (coffee production) to expand your career development in speciality coffee.
You will play a key role and the right person with the right attitude will be well rewarded in terms of salary, training and development and job satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Day to day running of the coffee shop
Maintaining the very highest standards of the cafe
Managing the food and h&s of the site to the highest standards
Stock control
Delivering outstanding customer service
Opening and closing of the site
Basic food prep (training given)
Making coffee to a high standard (additional training given)
We invest in our team and offer full training for this role, although coffee skills are a definite advantage and there are many opportunities to grow within our ever evolving business for the right people.
