This weekend at Botanical Kitchen Cake Shed
Open Saturday & Sunday from 11am until sold out.
This week’s homemade selection includes:
Vanilla Old School Sponge – soft vanilla sponge topped with icing and colourful sprinkles.
Brownies – rich, dark chocolate brownies with a fudgy centre.
Gluten Free Brownies – all the chocolatey goodness of our classic brownies, made without gluten.
Raspberry & White Chocolate Blondies – buttery blondies packed with white chocolate and sweet raspberries.
Coffee Cake – light coffee sponge filled and topped with coffee buttercream.
Biscoff Cake – soft Biscoff sponge topped with Biscoff buttercream and finished with a caramel drizzle.
Victoria Sponge – classic vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and fresh whipped cream.
Lemon Drizzle – moist lemon sponge finished with a tangy lemon glaze.
Fruity Crumble Bars – buttery crumble layered with seasonal fruit filling. Strawberry & peach and apricot
Bakewell Slice – buttery pastry base layered with raspberry jam and almond frangipane, topped with flaked almonds and almond icing.
Freshly Baked Scones – served with jam, cream and fresh strawberries.
Cheese Scones – light savoury scones made with mature Cheddar cheese and baked until golden.
Homemade Sausage Rolls – flaky puff pastry filled with seasoned sausage meat.
New This Weekend – Homemade Apple Pies – flaky puff pastry filled with cinnamon-spiced apples and baked until golden.
All goodies are homemade in small batches and baked fresh in my kitchen.
