This Weekend at the Cake Shed
I’ve got a lovely selection of homemade cakes, traybakes, cheesecake pots and savouries planned for this weekend.
Victoria Sponge – light vanilla sponge filled with fresh cream and raspberry jam with fresh strawberries
Gluten-Free Victoria Sponge – soft vanilla sponge filled with fresh cream and raspberry jam
Vanilla Old School – classic vanilla sponge topped with sweet icing and sprinkles
Plum Crumble Bars – buttery base layered with juicy plums and topped with golden crumble
Triple Chocolate Brownies – rich, fudgy chocolate brownies packed with milk, dark and white chocolate
Chocolate Chip Shortbread – buttery homemade shortbread packed with chocolate chips
Cherry & Almond Bakewell – buttery pastry layered with cherry jam and almond frangipane, finished with flaked almonds
White Chocolate Blondies – soft, chewy blondies packed with white chocolate
