Try this

One of the easiest ways to use our Smoke & Oak Blend — turn it into a seriously good smoky mayo.

Mix a good spoonful of Smoke & Oak seasoning into your favourite mayonnaise, stir it really well and then leave it in the fridge for an hour or two. This gives the spices time to hydrate and the smoky, savoury flavours to work their way through the mayo.

Then get stuck in.
