Customer Notice!
This isn't an easy post to write...
Five years ago, I opened the doors at 37 Station Road with a head full of ideas, a lot of nerves and absolutely no idea where the journey would take us.
Now, as our five-year lease comes to an end, after a lot of thought I've made the incredibly difficult decision that it's time to close the café.
But this isn't goodbye to Streat Boss. ❤️
I'll be putting my energy into our outside catering, events and freelance work, taking Streat Boss back to where it all began, with pop-ups, private events and catering for every occasion.
So if you'd like us at your wedding, party, workplace or event, we'd absolutely love to hear from you!
Running a café and everything that comes with it has taken a huge amount of time, energy and commitment over the past five years. I'm really looking forward to spending more time with my family and, for the first time in a long time, making some time to look after myself too. That's something I've put off for far too long.
Our final dates:
🗓️ Closed Friday 25th – Tuesday 29th September for a short family break
🗓️ Back open Wednesday 30th September
🗓️ Our final day at 37 Station Road will be Saturday 3rd October
To every single person who has walked through our doors over the past five years, whether you've been a regular from the beginning, visited us while on holiday, or simply popped in once for a coffee, thank you.
When I first opened Streat Boss, I could never have imagined the support we would receive or some of the things we would go on to achieve. From being recognised with multiple awards to reaching #3 on Tripadvisor in Sheringham, every bit of it has been because people chose to walk through our doors, support an independent local business and keep coming back. That means more to me than any award ever could.
Most of all, I want to thank the Streat Boss team.
You are the true heroes of this place. You've worked incredibly hard, supported me through the good days and the difficult ones, and given so much to Streat Boss. I will be forever grateful to every one of you. I genuinely couldn't have done it without you.
There are so many memories attached to this little café and so many people I've met along the way. Although closing the doors will be incredibly emotional, I'm also excited to see what the next chapter of Streat Boss brings.
I'd love the opportunity to see as many of you as possible before we close, so please come and see us before the 3rd.
