Open tomorrow with the new addition of a little fridge- filled with tiramisu & cheesecake!

Have baked lots to make up for the couple of months I’ve been closed ☺️

I’ll be closed next week- another super busy week, but will reopen on the 16th! 🫶🏻

I was gifted this vanilla to try and it’s honestly so tasty and I can’t wait to use it again, will definitely be my go to vanilla from now on 👌🏻

1. Callebaut chocolate * - best for ganache, melts smooth
2. Food colouring * - Colour Mill is the only one that gives me true colours
3. Piping bags * - the ones that don’t burst on bag 4 of 6
4. GF sprinkles * - finally found ones that don’t bleed!

A little bit of news I’ve been sitting on while I was away...

I was selected as WINNER for Cake Baker of the Year- Somerset in the South England Prestige Awards 2026/27.

I know with these awards there’s usually a paid package offered after, so I’m keeping it very much in my own words- but it was still such a lovely boost to get.

Thank you so much to everyone who has trusted me with your cakes this year, it means the world.

Kitchen is officially back open now and I’m working through messages- if you have an autumn/winter date, just pop me a DM.
