A lovely afternoon was spent at Hillside for two friends.
Homemade and fresh sandwiches, sausage rolls, warm fruit scones with cream and jam and a selection of cakes. Plenty of tea to drink.

It was lovely hosting a Valentines dinner for 2 very repeat customers. Their support is much appreciated and this is the review they kindly left after enjoying beef lasagne and mushroom, spinach and spaghetti in a Blue cheese and cream sauce. These meals were accompanied with a fresh salad and garlic bread. Dessert was an apple and blackberry crumble with custard and cream.

Perfect
I ordered a fish pie and blackberry and apple crumble for my elderly mum who has just moved into Yetminster. She loved it and wants to be a regular customer. Absolutely perfect and now mum lives on her own it was such a joy to have tasty homemade food that she didn't have to shop for, prepare and wash up. Excellent value too.

VALENTINES day is the perfect time to enjoy a cosy 2 course meal for 2 at HILLSIDE in YETMINSTER.

I would like to let you all know that I am now making delicious homemade 2 course meals which can be made hot ready to eat or cold to eat later on.
Local delivery is an option for extra cost or collection from YETMINSTER.
There is a lovely choice of main meals and hot and cold desserts all for £20 per person.
Next week I am making Slow
Cooked Tarragon Chicken with a choice of veg and potatoes or rice. A melt in the mouth Hot Chocolate Pudding with a White Chocolate Cream to deliver to a repeat customer in Thornford.

As 2025 draws to a close, I would like to sincerely thank everyone that has kindly supported my business with enquiries, comments, feedback and reviews. For all you lovely people who have booked a table, ordered cakes, savouries and takeaways and bought gift vouchers thank you.
As I enter my third year of trading, your support is so appreciated and means so much to me.

A special Christmas lunch was booked at Hillside for 3 lovely ladies who have previously enjoyed an afternoon tea.
They all had Pork of loin with orange and cranberry, roasted vegetables and Cauliflower cheese and a choice of sprouts or spinach.
Two of the ladies enjoyed Gingerbread cheesecake with homemade stem Ginger ice cream and the other lady had Banoffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and homemade sticky toffee sauce.
Coffees and mints to follow.
