Higher Farm

Higher Farm We are on a mission to support natural food and farming in the UK! The health of our food system is inextricably linked to our relationship with nature.
(1)

Over time, we have forced food into a degenerative, industrialised system, which has broken our connection with nature and caused immeasurable damage to all life on earth. At Higher Farm, we have a vision for a regenerative food system. Guided by nature, we can replace current industrial food practices with healthy and abundant systems that regenerate our environment, restore our health, and support our economy. We call this: Nature’s Food Movement.

Billions for supermarkets, billions for food manufacturers, billions for seed companies and nothing for farmers - the system is broken, it’s about time we fixed it.

For those who know my brother and I, you’ll be aware that we are very different. Yet behind these superficial contrasts, we share a deep set of values that bond us together and form the bedrock on which Higher Farm is built (or trying to be built).

One of these values is the belief that conscious leadership needs to play a greater part in business during the 21st century. We feel that the next generation of business leaders will be more akin to Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa, and Abraham Lincoln rather than Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and the like; serving humanity and a higher-purpose through business, not in spite of it.

We didn’t have much asparagus this spring as they still needs another year to establish well. So we enjoyed it all to ourselves on occasions like these. Next year hopefully there will be more so we can share with you guys well. It’s a totally different thing to the stuff you buy in the super markets, and actually best eaten raw once picked. Until next year asparagoosey 👨‍🌾
