We are committed to our responsibility towards the environment, and recently stopped using responsible sourced palm oil in favour of Omega 9 Sunflower Oil which has a long term future sustainability as well as various health benefits. We are also pleased to confirm that all of our packaging is now fully bio-degradable
All of our fish has been MSC certified, which means that it has been sustainably sources according to standards set by the Marine Stewardship Council. Our burgers are handmade by Ruby & White using grass-fed beef sources from West Country Farms specialising in rearing Ruby Red Devon cattle
The potatoes we use are sourced to our specification from assured produce growers with field to fork traceability, while the batter is handmade using our own recipe
We also offer grilled and poached fish, a lighter menu for senior citizens, and options for other dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. If in doubt, please ask! Alongside the take away service, our air-conditioned restaurant is fully licensed with free parking
