Here’s a snap of one that a customer added some toppings to;

And we added a little parmagiano reggiano sprinkle

How crazy it’s been EIGHT years since it all began?!

I brought this trailer home and only then realised I had no idea how to make a pizza or even use a wood fired oven haha.

An absolutely wild ride its been, with plenty of ups and downs, ovens being stolen, using different setups, Facebook hacks (hence why I’m posting this from our new page) all the way to even opening a premisis

I want to thank every single person that’s ever purchased a pizza from us or booked me for your event. It’s an amazing feeling that people want to, and regularly support me and buy my pizza!
