WE’VE KEPT OUR 5-STAR FOOD HYGIENE RATING!

We’re absolutely delighted to share that our Charlton Village Tea Room has retained its 5-star food hygiene rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A huge well done to our fantastic team and students, who work hard behind the scenes every day to ensure our food preparation, cleanliness and kitchen practices are kept to a high standard. 👏

For us, it’s about more than serving great food and delicious homemade cakes — our tea rooms provide a real working environment where adults with learning disabilities can develop valuable hospitality, catering, customer service and workplace skills. ☕🍰

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who plays a part in keeping the tea room running to such a high standard.

So, if you’re looking for a lovely place for a coffee, cake or bite to eat, why not pop in and support our students?

5 stars for food hygiene… and 5 stars for our amazing team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From Training to Employment!
Rachel joined our Employment Programme to develop her skills, build confidence and gain valuable experience in a real working environment.

Through her training, Rachel has worked hard, learned new skills and shown just how much she is capable of. And now… we’re delighted to share that Rachel is officially employed at our very own Dramatize Tea Room!

Watching her journey from student to employee has been incredible. Rachel is now putting the skills she developed during her training into practice as part of our tea room team — gaining independence, responsibility and genuine paid employment.

This is exactly what we want to achieve at Dramatize: creating real opportunities, not just training for the sake of training.

A huge well done to Rachel — this is just the beginning!
